In a month that is dominated by mushy sentiments of love …. I pray that we will all remember the source and kind of love that we get from our Heavenly Father and what he tells us to do with it! \u00a0Happy February!<\/p>\n

1 Corinthians 13: 3-7<\/strong> (the Message)<\/p>\n

If I give everything I own to the poor and even go to the stake to be burned as a martyr, but I don\u2019t love, I\u2019ve gotten nowhere. So, no matter what I say, what I believe, and what I do, I\u2019m bankrupt without love.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Love never gives up.<\/span>
\nLove cares more for others than for self.<\/span>
\nLove doesn\u2019t want what it doesn\u2019t have.<\/span>
\nLove doesn\u2019t strut,<\/span>
\nDoesn\u2019t have a swelled head,<\/span>
\nDoesn\u2019t force itself on others,<\/span>
\nIsn\u2019t always \u201cme first,\u201d<\/span>
\nDoesn\u2019t fly off the handle,<\/span>
\nDoesn\u2019t keep score of the sins of others,<\/span>
\nDoesn\u2019t revel when others grovel,<\/span>
\nTakes pleasure in the flowering of truth,<\/span>
\nPuts up with anything,<\/span>
\nTrusts God always,<\/span>
\nAlways looks for the best,<\/span>
\nNever looks back,<\/span>
\nBut keeps going to the end.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
